Keeping event color

I've changed how I set up Google Calendar and moved all my events to one calendar. In EPIM Pro v8.56 I'd like to have some events a special color rather than the default calendar color but every time I sync with Google it changes back to the default color. Running on Windows 10 Home.

Any way to prevent this from happening?
