Bug 8.54.2: in Task's attachments cannot move the bar

Win 8.1 x64, newest EPIM

Here is screenshot:

Simply saying, as you can see the cursor, it does not work, cannot move the bar up in order to see the full list of attachments. I can see them in a different mode though, but this is less convenient for me.
