[bug] Win 8.1 to A8.10 sync: some of new tasks are not synced

Newest EPIM Biz.
Only few of new tasks added on PC are synced to Android, without tree structure, in Root, or some of them in wrong trees.
I use only PC to Android, I would not risk both ways to destroy DB.
This happens for weeks.

This software is so much buggier and buggier with each and every update, that I am starting thinking about finding something more pricey and more stable. Definitely, there is no professional bug tracking and improvement management.
Sorry, Guys, now I cannot even do the shopping list on my smartphone. )) From clients' perspective what it is then? No handy Tasks, Calendar with events which cannot be deleted, Contacts with swaping phone numbers and names (never can be sure if I am calling the right person). Plus literally dozens of bugs which did not exist 3 years ago.
And this is not only my opinion, that your every update is more and more scarying. 'What will be f... this time?' I ask myself every time I get the message about the update.
Do something with your improvement/development management or you will start loosing clients. This is not about your coding capabilities, because you are skilled, but about wrong management.
I am frustrated because I expected this software to be reliable and better, and better.

If there's some problems you experience, please describe them in as much details as possible, otherwise we wouldn't be able to address the issues.

For example, we'd ask you to forward us the log file for the problem described in the first post in order to see what's causing such problems on your side.

My detailed description is:
I tap Sync button on Android 8.10 and get on smartphone 2 of 16 new tasks created on PC. Old tasks are doing fine, or at least as far as I can see, and remember.

is that a 2-way sync? If yes, please clear up the sync data (File->Database Management, Android, Clear) and try to sync again. If it still doesn't work, create a new test task in WinEPIM, sync again and if the newly created task wasn't synchronized, forward me the latest log file (via PM) mentioning the test task name. Thanks.

Anyway, even if 1-way, EPIM to A, I cleared sync data, and synced again. New tasks are visible.
But this is only a workaround.

If the problem only concerns old tasks I'd recommend you to sync your database into a new one using EPIM Sync.

OK, how to do it?
Create first new DB, and sync old DB to it or there is another proper way?
