Synchronisation PC/Android

Bonjour,
Je possède la version Pro 6.56 sur mon PC et la version 5.5.2 sur ma tablette et mon smartphone, la synchronisation ne fonctionne pas que dois-je faire ?

Please update to the latest Win EPIM version, which is currently 8.05. Thanks!

Bonjour.
La version dans mon PC est la 8.1 RC1 alors que celle (payante) dans mon smartphone (android) est la Pro 5.6.
Aucune synchronisation n'est possible depuis que j'ai téléchargé la dernière version sur mon PC, et aucune mise à jour n'existe pour android.
Ceci est incompréhensible, alors quelle est la solution svp ?

Hello,
After downloading the last version 8.11 for PC result is similar : I cannot synchronize with my mobile android (version 5.6). Everything looks ok in the 2 devices (WiFi, IP, Firewalls...). No issue ... Regards.

Is there any error message when you're trying to set the sync up or during synchronization?

When I try to synchronize, automatic or manual, my right IP being in the 2 devices, there is an error message (after a while) mentioning if I'am well connected with WiFi and if my firewall doesn't block the application. As I said evrything is ok on these points.

I am back after having trying from time to time to synchronize my PC and ANDROID, this with all points checked in the forum, troubleshootings etc. but no issue ! Through WiFi or through USB cable, automatic or manual, no way... I repeat : no firewall, same IP in the 2 devices, the system is turning and turning searching connection but finally no connection and always the same error message : check your connection etc... This problem of connection (or something else in synchronization) only concerns your application. Are you sure that the 2 versions PC & Androïd I have can be synchronized ? So please inform me if you can resolve the problem or not and in this last case to return me the payment I made for version Pro, I will remove your application. Thanks.

There couldn't be 2 identical IPs for 2 devices, I think something might be wrong with your network configuration. You can also try out synchronization via Google services, for instance.
