No Link icon for associated items

I'm probably missing something very basic, but I can't see the link icon for associated items.

The help file says "Links can be added in any text field in Calendar, Task, Notes, Contacts or Passwords modules. To add a link click on the Insert Hyperlink button on the toolbar." - but I've tried selecting various text fields in various modules and I don't see the chain-link button shown in the help file...

Please a screenshot of what you see (preferably full EPIM window) so that we could point you to the right icon or window.

I have attached a sample screenshot. It's unclear to me where the icon should be.

Just worked it out - the icon only appears for certain fields and is a globe instead of a chain link.
"any text field" (as in the help file) doesn't seem to apply - for instance, if I open a contact, the only field that I see the link icon for is the Notes field.
Is that so, or is there really a way of linking items from any text field?

Hello,

you can link only from the fields where the "globe" becomes available. Help files should be more explicit in this, true. In most cases these are "Title" and "Notes" fields.
