Hola,

Hasta ahora nunca había tenido problema en sincronizar del PC a mi móvil Android pero ahora me lanza el siguiente mensaje en la app móvil:

"Error de conexión. Incapaz de conectar con el servidor. Mire la configuración de su firewall en el PC".

No he hecho ninguna modificación en el PC. Tengo el mismo antivirus y el mismo firewall. No obstante, he intentado desactivando tanto el firewall como el antivirus y sigue saliendo el mismo mensaje. No sé qué hacer ya. ¿Alguien sabe la solución?

Thanks for your reply. I still can not synchronize. How can I change the port in Windows Essentialpim?

Tools->Options->Synchronization, click on your Android device name and you should be able to change the port's number in the opened window. Please do not forget to restart EPIM once you change it. Let me know if that helped to solve the problem.

In Tools->Options->Synchronization i only have two options:

"Habilitar logado extenso" and "Archivos de log Explorar"

I have Essentialpim Portable 7.54 version

Tools->Options->Synchronization->Your_Android_Device_Name, the last point is below the "Synchronization" entry.

I do not have it because I delete it to try a new synchronization

You will also be able to change the port number on the last step of the synchronization wizard.
