it's possible in the near future to have also a delivery receipt of the e-mail?
and it would not hurt to set delivery and read receipt for all the e-mail and not only one by one

I'd also support this feature request, requests for email read and delivery receipts would be nice.

An option per email account to always ask for a certain type of receipt would be nice in addition individually requesting per email.

This option is already there. Individually, when creating an new message, click on Options->Request Read Receipt. To enable it for all messages for a certain email account/identity, click on Tools->Options->Account Settings, select an account, then identity and click on the Edit button, enable the "Read request receipt for all outgoing messages" option.
