I get error message when trying to upgrade that says:
"Error
You already own this item."
OK
And that's all folks.
I cannot sync which makes it worthless.
Yes, rebooted already, more than once.
What to do???

Would appreciate if you answer my questions above. Also, having the Pro version or not shouldn't influence your ability to synchronize in any way.
