Hello,
my name is Lionel ASSIE and i am a registred user for Epim Pro.
Since i upgraded my OS from Seven to 10 , i have problems with the synchro between PC and IPhone
The is no problem for contact synchro but if i ask synchro for Calendar, EPIM on PC says "Synchronisation of events" (see bmp) , Iphone says "Synchonizing" and evethings stay in this state , the progression bar never progress. ( i waited more than 3 hours without any change !!)
Epim pro on PC ver : 6.55
Ios ver : 7.1.2 (11D257)
Epim on IOS ver : 2.7.12
Windows : windows 10 pro
I use 2 ways synchro
i removed the firewall (there is no problem in the network because the contact synchro works)
I sended you a log file by mail
Thank you

Hello,
please redownload from here (even though you have the same version number):
http://www.essentialpim.com/get-epim
that should fix the problem.

Re: Problems of synch of calendar with IPhone
I do have the same problem, the same sw-environment and I tried the proposed reinstallation via redownload.
I am very sorry: it did not help. Any other solution?

Re: Problems of synch of calendar with IPhone
Can you please send me the extended log for the problematic iOS synchronization? (make sure you use updated version from here: http://www.essentialpim.com/get-epim
Please enable the extended logging feature (in Tools->Options->Synchronization), start the iOS synchronization.
Logs are in C:\Users\ Your_Windows_Username \AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro\Logs for Desktop version and in "Logs" subfolder in case of Portable version.
Please send it to ma@essentialpim... with a link to this topic. Thanks!
