Would it be possible to show the age of the birthday in calendar in my android phone?

You mean in EssentialPIM Calendar? It could very well be possible, once we implement this feature. Will place it into our internal to do list for the future versions of the app.

I'd also back this request. Displaying the contact age at that date on the birthday event in calendar would be very desirable.
Both in Windows EPIM and Android.

Something akin to what the Lightning plugin for Thunderbird does would be very welcome.

This has already been implemented a long time ago. The topic is from 2014.
