I encounter email errors when receiving email (Imap) after I change my internet connection. The status shows "cancelled" on most folders.
The only way I can clear the errors is to restart EssentlialPIM Pro. After restart everything works okay until I change the internet connection again.
Additionally, about half the time I also lose synchronization with Google and have to re-establish the connection.
I just updated to 9.7 but had the same problem with the previous version.
Background: I had not been using EssentialPIM Pro for several months and just went back to it 3 weeks ago. These problems started the second day I re-started using it.

Could you please specify what you mean by saying you change your internet connection? Are you switching from Wi-Fi to 4G, for instance?

I am switching between Wi-Fi connections. I live on a boat and while traveling I connect to several wi-fi connections.

Please forward me the log file next time this problem happens again (log files can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and their filenames should start with "Mail"). Thanks!

Thanks for the log, although there's no "Cancelled" records in it. Please post a screenshot with the errors you're getting.

Hi I observ problems of synchonisation with one e-mail provider, some mails are not presented in the in-box and I do not know what to do - as most of my mails are ariving properly. These missing mails are not in the SPAM folder.

I am unable to connect to my att.net account. The status message I get is “Read timed out.”
I am using EPIM Pro 9.9.7, which I downloaded 7/28/21.
My Windows version is 10 Pro, version 10.0.19042, Build 19042.
My computer is a Dell XPS 13 7390 laptop.
I was able to download email from my yahoo.com account after generating a “3rd party app password” for EPIM on the Yahoo website.
I tried the fix suggested by “Post for those experiencing Email or Synchronization problem,” to no avail.

Same as with the yahoo mail account, you'd need to create an app-specific password for your ATT one: https://www.att.com/support/article/ema ... /KM1240308.

When I click an email message in my inbox, it flashes the message for a second and then the message area is empty. This seemed to start with the install of 10.2 - what's up with this??? Makes email totally useless!

HMB - Same here. Sometimes if I close the email, then double click it will open the second time. If I turn on the preview tab, I can see the email and not have to be hassled with this glitch. What's up with 10.2??

Thanks V Gal - Your solution seems to work here. I usually do not have preview on because I do no want to automatically open emails to prevent nefarious things from being triggered I also notice that if I use the up and down arrows at the top left of the email message page, the email will be visible and I can scroll through the messages. I installed version 11.0.2 of EPIM Pro this morning and everything was working fine. I shut down my computer as my wife and I had to be somewhere else for a while. When I got home I started my system up again and downloaded several emails but when I try to answer any of them I get an error 10061. I remember having that issue years ago and you had a fix for it then. Is this another similar issue?

Hard to say without seeing a log file first. Could you please attach it to your next post? It can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and its filename should start with "Mail".
