Modul Email IMAP Error

For some days I cannot get my emails from my local email server anymore.
Did the update to 5.8 but nothing changed.
The error is:

IMAP
no permission for read/select access to TABLE SYNCINFOVIEW

I deleted the Imap Account and made it new. Not one email gets from the email server to epim.
I logged in as SYSDBA and did the email setup with the same email account as the user with the error.
I call the email from the server and everything is fine!

See the upload of the two dialog boxes with or without the error message

Any help appreciated.

Hello,
  • when did it start? There must be some reason for this.
    Is it connected to upgrade to 5.8?
    Please also post a screenshot of user rights (Tools-> Users) which can not get mail.

Hello Max,

it started about 14 days ago without any changes before.
I just tried to login as SYSDBA to check the user rights, but now I get the error message, that I need a network license to connect to epim server.
But I have one and the login as one of the two regular users works without error.
So I'm a little bit stucked for the moment.
Why can I not log in as SYSDBA anymore?

I am not sure it (the problem with email) could have started without any apparent reason. Maybe you updated EssentialPIM?
As regards login- log out with all other users for a test and log in with SYSDBA.

Hello Max,

the SYSDBA user has additional rights as default: change categories and two others.
I set the same additional rights for my two regular users - has imho nothing to do with email? - and after this change everything works fine again.
Very strange, I don't have any clue what happend really - some defect in the firebird databse?
