Hi,
I'm running Outlook 2007 on a Win7 Pro pc (fully patched). I just installed the trial version of EPIM Pro. When I go to File -> Syncronization -> Add Syncronization -> Outlook it says "cannot find any installed Outlook" or something like that. See attached screenshot. If I understand correctly, Outlook 2007 only comes in 32bit.
Any way to fix this?
Thanks!
Advait

Hi, Thanks for your reply. My answers below.

Yes, my Outlook 2007 has always seemed to run totally normally. And I always keep my Win7 Pro OS fully patched. I always log into Win7 Pro with a USER account, not ADMIN. Would that make a difference?Max wrote:It Outlook running on this machine well?
Yes, I've never had a problem accessing the data. My Outlook 2007 and the ActiveSync to my WinMo 6.1 phone (Palm Treo Pro) have both been rock solid for about 2 years now.Max wrote:Can you access your data in Outlook?
Yes, my Outlook 2007 is installed on drive C under "Program Files (x86)".Max wrote:Is it installed to the default drive c:/?
If you have any ideas on what could be the problem, let me know. Thanks!Max wrote:SOmething is wrong with Outlook detection in this case.
