Dropbox and connection port

Hello,

Since few weeks, I create a database using my dropbox account. Now I can't access to it (error message see below)

Now I'm behind a proxy with a firewall and the connection is not possible. I can access to my dropbox using the tool but not though EssentialPim. I think it's a problem of blocked port but I'm not sure.

Can you tell me if I have to open ports ?

Yes, most probably EPIM is not allowed through firewall. Allow all inbound and outbound connections for EssentialPIM and it will work.
