Print calender with long summaries & descriptions

When using the standard print function, long texts in the summary or description field are cut off.
Is there any way to define a print layout that shows the complete information contained in the calendar fields?

The amount of information that fits depends on the view, obviously.
You can print day view.

The problem is that every standard print, including day view, is truncating information.

Any idea, how a "diary" could be generated/ printed?
It need not necessarily be in the stringent calendar layout.
A possible layout could be like the following example:

21.11.2012
15:00-16:00 EPIM Calender Print
Trying to find a way to print an entire year without loosing information. Posting problem in
Forum. Resarching other alternatives.
16:00-17:00 Workshop
more info regarding the workshop including agenda, participants, location, preparation
requirements, documentation requirements, facilitator, goals to be reached, ....

There's no such feature currently, unfortunately. We should probably add the Notes column in the Table view and print it in full.

Yes, that would definitely help. I would appreciate this feature enormously!

Thanx,

Got it. Placed the feature into our internal to do list.

I was using version 5.51 and the Table View to print my diary.
I am more than happy, that the print now includes the notes in the subject field. Adapting the table view, I was able to generate a print format, that very closely meets my requirements:

Start Time | Subject
Notes

However, I noticed an error in the table view:
the table view does not show all calendar entries that are visible in the Day/ Week/ Month View.

In addition, I would like to suggest a further enhancement of the table view print layout:
when generating a printed diary, it would be helpful to group the calendar entries that belong to one particular day.
This could e.g. be done by a layout option: "use date as headline".
The result could look like the following:

Start Date or Start Date - End Date (if End Date is different from Start Date)
Start Time | Subject
Notes
Start Time | Subject
Notes
Start Time | Subject
Notes

Start Date or Start Date - End Date (if End Date is different from Start Date)
Start Time | Subject
Notes
Start Time | Subject
Notes

Formatting the notes in a small or very small font (that could be a further print option) would help to cope with ample notes.

Hope this contributes to further optimize an already very good tool.

Kind regards,
Elisabeth

It is happening to me too. It is not the first time but usually the problem is quickly resolved.

Please post a couple of screenshots demonstrating the problem and version number.
