Access Violation when sync'ing with Google

Post by __fred__ »

Hi *.*
until recently (!) everything was fine with my Google sync. However, I keep getting an access violation error since a few days:
Access violation at address 0087A84E in module 'EssentialPIM.exe'.
Read of address 41206F01
I've no idea if everything is sync'ed but I guess the answer is no :-(
Any idea most welcome.
I'm running EPim 5.02 under Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (32bits)
Cheers,

HI,

the database seems to be broken. You can try sending database to us ( ma@essentialpim..) or synchronizing it into a new database using Free EPIM Synchronizer: http://www.essentialpim.com/download/EPIMSync5.exe

The error seems to be gone after sync'ing with EPIM synchronizer, thanks!. Is there a way to sync to a new database? I had to bring back an old backup in order to sync the broken one...

You can create a new database in EPIM (File-> New), save it and synchronize with it.
