Erratic behaviour with iPad sync

Post by BrianE »

Hi,

I have an iPad 2 with the EPIM sync app installed. I have the new version of EPIM Pro, but after successfully syncing a couple of times now it just won't work. I deleted the app, then reinstalled it etc etc. Also deleted the synchronisation and went through the whole 'add synchronisation' process a couple of times. The Wizard won't go past the 'pairing device' stage (same with the manual setup).

I'm OK with computers, but am I being just plain thick or is there a bug? All very frustrating.. :?

Regards

Brian

Hello,

for a test, try creating a new database and creating a new synchronization. Will it pair?
Do you see "Start" button on iOS EPIM screen?

Hi Max,

Still no joy. The IOS EPIM screen just has a message regarding the Wi Fi network and brief instructions (in red). Can't go any further..

Sorry to reply to self, but in the settings section on the iPad, under 'apps' my recent apps purchased do appear, but not the EPIM one..

EPIM does not have iOS settings right now in "Settings" section.
