Crash report which cannot be sent by email?

Post by logies »

EPIM (8.14, but also older versions) crashes sometimes and usually I can email the crash report. But some crashes result in more crashes when I try to send the email... Any idea what I can do to report such crashes?
Thanks
Michael

Hello,

when EPIM shows error, you can copy the content of the message and use another mail program/web interface to send it to epimsupport@essential...

No, I can`t. Email will crash over and over again. I could send a screenshot, but because two windows will overlap then (error message, email window), you won`t see much. If I try to move the email window - crash. At the moment I`m not aware of an easy screen filming tool, otherwise I could make a film...

I see. One of the free tools for screen recording we use is https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html

Thank you! When you click on " Details", click inside the error text, select all, copy all and paste it into your e.g. gmail and send it to epimsupport@essential...
