My computer just died and I tried to install and restore EPIM on my old computer, but I can't because I don't have my license #, you can probably guess where it's stored.
Also, was running 64 and going back to 32 bit now. Will that restore ok, once I get to that point?
Hopefully without buying another license.
Thanks!

Re: How to restore to new (old) computer
Hello,
please find your license code in your emails (the code you entered is stored in inaccessible by user registry keys- that is if you use Desktop version). If you use Portable version, license is stored in "EssentialPIM.ini" file.
If you purchased less then 1 year ago or you purchased Lifetime licence- you do not need to buy anything, just download from https://www.essentialpim.com/get-epim and insert the license code. If you need help finding the license code, send email to epimsupport@ with the email address that you used for purchasing the license.
