Unable to set up Outlook.com IMAP connection

Hello,

I have come across a peculiar situation where I can't setup my Outlook.com account with IMAP in EPIM. I am certain that the password and mail are correct, while I picked up the settings for IMAP from official MS site at: https://support.office.com/en-us/articl ... 6c4ac95353

I should point out that I use a Hotmail address (@hotmail.com), but I have never had any issue setting it up anywhere else (Outlook 2016, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.).
IMAP incoming server: imap-mail.outlook.com
IMAP port: 993
IMAP encryption (SSL/TLS): TLS
SMTP outgoing server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
SMTP port: 587
SMTP encryption: STARTTLS
I'm using EPIM Pro 7.6 on a Windows 10 64-bit computer. The error I receive can be seen in the attached image.

Hello,

I could not identify something wrong immediately in your setup. Make sure you are using your full email address as username and re-create the account again.

Using free version of EPIM before taking the plunge to buy. All my gmail-imap work fine with some minor setup issue. Setup for Outlook email is a problem. Having same issues here on Windows 10 64 Bit desktop PC. Using the same server settings provided by Microsoft. I have been using Chaos Intellect with these settings with no issues.
My issue is it hangs in "connecting" with no errors.

Please re-create account, and also disable all firewalls for a test.
