Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
It is listed in troubleshooting guide as "Make sure iTunes is installed on the PC" User disabling Bonjour service probably does need this troubleshooting guide)

Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
It is not related to EssentialPIM and unfortunately, we can not help, unless somebody would have clues.Alizeh wrote: Sat Aug 12, 2017 8:33 am I updated my iPhone 6 with the newest iOS 10 software. When I plug my phone into my macbook it says "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone “Alizeh's iPhone” because an invalid response was received from the device. I have updated my macbook and iTunes, restarted all devices, tried different usb ports etc. Is anyone else having this problem? :(

Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
My problem is not related to Windows 10 upgrade, but decided to use this thread instead of opening a new one - hope it's all right.
EPIM Pro 7.54 on Windows 10 with latest service applied
Installed EPIM for i/OS 2.8.1 from scratch on iPhone SE with iOS 10 (currently updated to iOS 11 but the problem existed before)
Now I need to sync to load tasks data and all I get is the following two messages on iPhone:
Test...
Succesfully disconnected
Tried syncing two ways calendar + tasks + contacts, only tasks (one - EPIM > iPhone - and 2 way), always with the same result.
Enabled extensive logging (with 2-way sync for calendar, tasks and contacts) and got following text:
2017.09.28 12:03:25.806 10.19.10.6
2017.09.28 12:03:25.806 192.168.0.14

Heinz,
what exactly issue you are having? Which data is not synchronized?

Max,
nothing is synchronized. EPIM for i/OS just produces the two messages I mentioned in my previous post ("Test..." and "Successfully disconnected") and goes back to the screen with "DONE" at the bottom.
And that's it.

This may well not be your issue, but..... it took me awhile to realize that only the TO DOs and TODAY items actually display in the EPIM icon on my ipad.
The Calendar & Contacts synchronized info show up in the IPAD/IPHONE Calendar icon & ipad Contacts icon (not the EPIM icons on the ipad/iphone)

Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
Thank you, ALM, but this is really not my issue: I had everything working for almost two years, and I am aware of where each piece of information is stored on the smartphone.
This problem arose when I reinstalled EPIM for i/OS from scratch.

Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
The log itself does not indicate any errors. I would suggest to:
1. clear sync cache by going to File-> Database management
2. adding a new calendar entry into EPIM
3. performing 2-way sync and checking for the entry on your device

Re: Can't sync iphone after updating to Windows 10
Hi Max.
No, this didn't help.
However, I started making a couple of tests trying to provide you with more information and one of them solved the problem: deleted and re-created the synchronization profile. This did the trick.
I will leave it to you do figure out why...
Thank you for the support.
Cheers.
