Access Violation

After having installed the epim update this morning (Windows 10) we are not able to send any email. The info on the screen is as follows:

Access Violation at address 007C6098 in module EssentialPIM.exe. Read of address 000000D4.
As we need to send emails urgently, we would be pleased to receive a solution as soon as possible.
