User management and Assigning items (contacts)

Hello

Im wondring about this.
http://www.essentialpim.com/help/itemstatuses.htm

As you can see in the picture i uploaded that the "custom" option is missing on contacts, but also missing in groups.

I have one Sysdba user, and I have created a Superuser and a ordinary user.
None of the have the ability to assign Users.

Hello,

thank you for your comments. "Custom" status is available only in Network version, where you have more than 1 user.

I downloaded the Pro Network from your website (http://www.essentialpim.com/download/Es ... roNet5.exe) and created the users.

Hello,

in order to assign custom rights, your must be Network license for at least for 2 users.
