How to assign item access ?

Post by headache »

Hi, Our company need a pim note for teamwork and management. We are evaluating the Essentialpim network version. We tried and found it easy to use. But we feel hopeless when trying the fuction of "assigning access to items to specific users". The manual says :“If we want to assign access to this item to specific users, let's press the "..." button. ” But we cannot find that"..." button at all. Please tell us why and how.
Looking forward to your early reply.

Hello,

please have a look at attached screenshot.
First of all, login with SYSDBA:masterkey and create at least 2 users.
Then, login with one of the users and press the "..." in "Status" field, see screenshot. There you can assign which users have access to the item.

Hi, i installed EssentialPIM Network today to try out the tasks shared. I need to assign tasks to specific users.
Can I get a temporary code for evaluation?
Thank you.

Everything is correct. Now you can see the "..." button in "Status" field.
