Hi,
I use Win8Pr 64x, Epim 5.03.
New installation of the system, update from XP Pro.
Calendar density set to 30 min.
When I want to put an Event in Calendar I need to double click on the preferred hour.
However in Win8Pro when I want to click on 17:30, I need to click just at the bottom of the cell related to 17:30. If I click in the middle of the cell it opens new Event but on 17:00.
Looks like the active area is moved down around 30%-50%, simply it does not fit the visible area.
Regards,
Piotr
The red dot is the place of the cursor clicking - the blue is the place where the cursor is set.
(something wrong with prscr - does not show the cursor)

Re: Strange Calendar hour cell behaviour after update to Win
More details:
interesting - it does not happen until 10:00, this "blind" area increases after 10:00.
And sometimes it works well however, very occasionally.

Re: Strange Calendar hour cell behaviour after update to Win
Maybe?? it can have something in common with Win8 default font which I cannot change, even the tweaky thing in registry does not help.

Re: Strange Calendar hour cell behaviour after update to Win
Solved.
As I thought, the idiotic Win8Pro default font Segoe UI was causing this.
I had to replace it in registry, in Fonts (not only Fonts Substitutes) by Tahoma.
Now everything works fine.
Thanks, MS, for giving us opportunity to easily setup our preferred UI font.
