I sync'd my Android (Samsung Galaxy Nexus) with my PC (Win XP) using the EPIM app.
It was set to cross update phone and EPIM for contacts and calendar.
When it completed, my PC calander event colors had all changed! WTF??!!!
How can this happen???
I had made a few contact changes, but to my knowledge, I had not made any
color changes. And even if I had, why did the sync default to the phone rather
than the PC??? Or ask?? Just a total PIA.

Re: Bug with event color and sync
You mean colors of the already existing events on PC? Have they been assigned new categories then?

Re: Bug with event color and sync
No, the categories remained the same. But the color codes
on each category were changed (apparently to the colors
I had on my Google calendar, which I have ceased using
because of the sync problems between EPIM and Google
calendars relating to recurring events).
After the Sync, I had to go back into my PC and change
the category colors back to the way I wanted them.
