How about supporting Mozilla (Suite, Thunderbird) addressbooks?

Mozilla address book import and picture in contacts are added now to to-do list! I will post a note in this thread when it's implemented.

How about a "Live update" feature?
So the user can select Update from the menu and check if they are using the latest version and if a newer is available, download it.

I have planned on writing a simple app like that myself. It'll probably just gonna be a single small exe at around 20 kb that downloads an INI style file with info about the latest version such as version number, what's new and bugs fixed.

Would you be interested in that?
I use mainly PureBasic as my language, and sometimes Visual Dialogscript for simpler apps.

Hi,

currently we are not going to use that, we feel that Help-> Check for new version should be sufficient so far.

Mozilla Address book import

Until this is implemented, it's possible to import as CSV file. Works quite well and columns can be Headed as appropriate

Yes, that's a good comment. Until direct import is implemented, CSV should to the trick.

Picture can now be added in Beta 4. Thank you everyone who suggested it!
