you need a network license

Hello I try to install(settle) epim pro in network on 1 server and I obtain the following error message " you need a network license to connect to EPIM Server ".
Nevertheless I possess a license Epim Pro Network, which can help me?

If you have purchased one license, it allows you to connect with 1 client at a time of course. If you try to connect with second client, you get this message.

OK BUT I NEED ONLY TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY SECRETARY AND I BOUGHT 2 LICENSES OF EPIM PRO AND 2 LICENSES OF NETWORK , WE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE ERROR

PLease make a screenshot of your Help-> About Screen on copy of EPIM where you get the error.

I have received your license numbers. You do not possess Network licenses.
You have purchases several copies of: EssentialPIM Pro Desktop/Portable, but not EssentialPIM Pro Network
I will be issuing 2 Network licenses for you, but this thread could be shorter.
