Are there options for reminders?

Gents,

I'm searching a PIM software for me and ePIMs is very nice at a first glance.
But i have one real issue:

I'd like to use reminders for most of my calender entrys, but if i create a new one (doesn't matter from which view afaik) the checkbox isn't set. But even if it were set the standard reminder time of "1 minute" is not the time I'd like to have there.

After i looked into the options it is not clear to me where to set that. Can anybody help me out?
