how set up network??
Hello!
Please bear with me, since I really have very little computer knowledge, and I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the terminology being used in the forum.
We just purchased EssentialPro (on WindowsXP), and essentially we'd like to have an home office computer (our main one), and two seperate laptops all synchronizing together. At this point, we're just trying to check hockey schedules!... baby steps... other functions later
I tried setting up a network folder, but if one computer is turned off, we can not access our schedule in either of the other computers.
Is there a step-by-step ('epim for dummies') written guide somewhere that I haven't found yet?
Thanks for your time.... I'm embarressed to even be asking what is probably such a basic function!!... but I'd greatly appreciate the help!

Hello Clare,
the general idea is that you put EPIM database into one of the computers, make the folder where the file is shared over the network. And then you can access EPIM database from any of the computers that have access to this folder. IN this regards there is no synchronization involved....
