how to open this appt to prevent double glitch

i noticed that i changed before text color of serial appt name so all got after the striked arrows.
i need to edit each seperately, like the end time but open by double click doesnt show select window but directly edit window.
after change and save i get further series with new time, thats not what i need and whats expected.
how to change only single of it without this?
need select window every time to avoid it.
