Insert date via mini-calendar pop-up

Post by Ivy »

Hello,
I would really appreciate the possibility to insert a date in a text-field via a mini-calendar.
E.g. in a note or in the notes of a task do a right click - select a menu option "insert date (mini-calendar) - a mini-calender pops up - select any date - the mini-calendar closes an inserts the selected date.
Please see attached screenshots.
Kind regards
Ivy

yeah, some use it like name part of notes.
i think also add todays date directly without first searching and choosing in mini calendar would be big improvement.
mini calendar inspirated me to some great ideas for efficiency and convinience, but its on other paper/place.
its hard to say how quick should it get in, as big improvement and simply to do, but few gamechanger are still far behind.
but more on other place. i try to get epim on modern, actual and efficience use, as its kinda behind state of art in my feeling, but i try to be loyal to epim. the team seem to see the most main points. some seem overseen, but i try to not get forgotten.
i will try to find some apps having the essential features we miss here still. i pointed allready the top 5 or 10 and will see how it developes this year. otherwise need to support other app to rule the world or how you say it?
thx
