Upgrade to 12.2 says license expired

Trying to upgrade from within the program (12.1.3 --->12.2) I get a message that my license has expired but I have a lifetime one, lifetime license is shown in About dialog box of course.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

I don't think I am able to proceed with the update, if I press ok the dialog box takes me to online page to buy extension and if I return to the 'download and install' the same thing happens. Pressing cancel doesn't change anything.

I am have the same issue as rrrgee, with regards to my licence. I upgraded to 12.2 which broke EP so had to uninstall and try again. EP is now saying I have to buy a pro lifetime license again, when I all ready have a licence. There is nowhere that will allow me to enter my license details. Please help sort this out.

You're currently using the Microsoft Store version. If you have a valid license key, please download and install the regular version instead.
