Problem with EPIM PRO on Windows 10

I am running EPIM 12.1.4 on Windoze 10. This morning I downloaded my email and when I try to reply or send a new email I get the following message:

Error connecting with SSL. error: 140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

Any idea what might be causing this??

Please send us the log file. You can locate it by following these steps:
- Navigate to Tools -> Options
- Select the "Logs Folder" option
- Look for the file that begins with "Mail"

That's not the correct one, unfortunately. As you can see its name starts with "SQL" and not "Mail". Could you also clarify which mail server you're having issues with?

I got it fixed. It turned out to be an ATT thing.
