verständliche Anleitung zur Synchronisation mit Nextcloud gesucht

Hallo ich such immer noch nach einer nachvollziehbaren Anleitung um Epim mittels Nectcloud über das Internet zu synchronisieren.

Ich habe meine Daten gegliedert und Aufgaben und Notizen über Topics mit Untereinträgen organisiert.

Bei den Kontakten ist es ähnlich. Auch hier habe ich diese in mehrere Ebenen organisiert.
1. Ebene Firma
2. Ebene Abteilung
3. Ebene einzelner Mitarbeiter
Diese Gliederungsebenen gehen beim Synchronisieren mit der NC verloren.

Desweiteren möchte ich die Gruppenfunktion die Android bietet nutzen.
Nachdem AEpim mir über 2000 Kontakte durcheinander gewürfelt hat nutze ich Fossify Contacts aus dem Fdroid Store.
Bei den Terminen habe ich einen lokalen Kalenden mit diversen Unterkalendern. Auch hier gibt es Probleme mit der Synchronisation.
Wann werden Sie die Synchronisation mit DAVx5 anbieten?
Es werden neue Kalender eingerichtet, die ich nicht haben möchte.
Bei Aufgaben und Notizen werden neue, durchnummerierte Listen erstellt. Auch diese möchte ich nicht haben.
Ich habe hier ein Fairphone 5 mit einem Googlefreien custom rom und möchte dies direkt Sysnchronisieren können.

Die erste Frage ist wie kann eine lokale Datenbank mit der von Ihnen gehosteten Nextcloud verlustfrei synchronisiert werden?

Ich möchte NICHT, das sich die Bezeichnungen z. B. der Kalender ändern bzw. das neue Kaleder angelegt werden und Termine während der Synchronisation zwischen Kalendern verschoben werden.

Nach den deutschen Richtlinen des Steuerrechts muss ich die Daten ca. 12 Jahre reproduzierbar und verlustfrei aufbewahren.

eine Antwort zu deinen Punkten kann ich Dir leider nicht geben, aber vielleicht eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Bevor ich google Cloud etc. genutzt hatte, habe ich meine Kontakte, Kalender etc über das Tool MyPhoneExplorer zwischen PC und Smartphone gesynct und gesichtert. Falls Du es noch nicht kennst, kannst Du es Dir ja mal ansehen.

Ich hatte zwar nicht solche komplexen Anforderungen, war aber immer zufrieden. Der Entwickler kommt übrigens aus Österreich, heißt keine Sprachbarrieren, und eine deutsche Community gibt es auch

Der MPE hat mir bereits sehr geholfen als AEPim mir vor einiger Zeit die lokalen Kontakte meines Streichelphones mit den dienstlichen Kontakten aus dem Desktop-EPim munter durcheinandergewürfelt hat. Seitdem verzichte ich AEPim und nutze den Fork der Fossify Contacts App von Stephan Ritscher aus dem F-Droid Store.

Die Funktion Duplikate synchronisieren ist unübertroffen.

Aber, bei Konfiguration mit der EPim Cloud habe ich keine Auswahl auf die lokalen Konten erhalten.

Jetzt ist leider wieder alles Verdorben und ich muss den letzten Tag erneut nacharbeiten

BTW Wenn wir etwas ändern müssen, möchte ich auch gleich den Beutzernamen ändern, da die bisherige E-Mailadresse sich ändern wird.

Es ist äusserst frustrierend. Ich bin vorgegangen wie Sie es beschrieben haben. Es werden bei dem erstenstart > 30 k items synchronisiert. Leider treten weitere Fehler auf. Ich führe 4 Kalender, Aufgaben nutze ich nicht.
Die Einträge aus FB und SV werden in Kalender 1 verschoben und verlieren teilweise ihre Farben.
Geburtstage sind in Ordnung, die Daten kommen aus den Kontakten
Noch schlimmer ist das aufblähen der Datenbank. Siehe Screenshot Datenbankverwaltung.
Auch werden Einträge aus ALLEN Kalendern vervielfältigt.
Ich habe wieder etliche Stunden vertan


It is extremely frustrating. I proceeded as you described. At the first start > 30 k items are synchronized. Unfortunately, other errors occur. I keep 4 calendars, I do not use tasks.
The entries from FB and SV are moved to calendar 1 and partially lose their colors.
Birthdays are fine, the data comes from the contacts
Even worse is the bloating of the database. See screenshot of database management.
Entries from ALL calendars are also duplicated.

Essentiell pim lässt sich nur noch mit STRG+ALT+DELETE beenden.
Essential pim can only be closed with CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

BTW: Der Termin 3.9.2081 ist übrigens korrekt. Es ist der Zeitpunkt der nächsten totalen Sonnenfinsternis in Europa.
Der Termin wurde auch lorrekt eingetragen.

Did you sync your EPIM Cloud account with an existing local EPIM database file? If there were identical events in EPIM Cloud and your local database, that's likely the cause of the duplicates.
