Ok, so you have the Portable version installed on your G:\ drive. Go to the EPIM folder, rename the EssentialPIM.exe file to something like EssentialPIM.bak and start EssentialPIM_Free.exe. Will there be issues with the Free version? If so, please forward us the detailed error logs from it.

Did you ever try to install/run EPIM on a different PC?
In my opinion you should try, just to make sure there are no problems in hardware and/or software that is installed on it.
When was Windows reinstalled last time?
Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.

I have installed Epim on my other newer laptop, with windows 11, and there is the same problem, more or less.

Hardly any problems on Windows 11 over here.
Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.

We've been working on improving stability and we'd appreciate it if you could try out the latest build (1032) by downloading and installing it from https://www.essentialpim.com/download/t ... ull121.exe. Let us know if it's more stable for you. Thanks!

I have completely formatted the hard drive and reinstall windows 10!
Today Epim works normally, so far.
We'll see how it will be in the future?
Hoping for the best!

This morning the programs stopped working again, according to the attached video.
It's really strange!
Before that I did is clear out all the junk mail that comes to my several email accounts.
Then suddenly the dialog box that cannot be turned off appears and the programs are blocked, cannot be used and cannot be closed??

One more question: Is there a way in the mail module to create a new data file where you can collect all important mail from all email accounts?
I can't find it myself and I think it's really important to be able to do it in the email module!
There is currently All Inboxes but I want subfolders to be able to divide them.

As soon as I delete junk from any email account, the programs stop working and I can't use it!

I wonder why nobody else seem to have that problem.
When reinstalling Windows 10, did you also install anything else or did you have a simple naked windows installation up to now, and nothing else?

It says Build 1030 EssentialPIM Pro 12.1.3
Why others don't have the same problem I have no idea but I wish you had this problem instead of me.
I have completely formatted the computer and then installed a clean Windows 10 x64. Then I installed all the updates.

Before we had an error in the notes module when you delete notes then the programs stopped responding.

Now the same problem is in the email module, if you delete junk mail then the programs stop responding. Having junk mail is not possible then it is not possible to use email at all.

Now the question is why the programs stop responding after deleting email (junk)?

I installed build 1032 and got the same error but I noticed that it usually comes from an email account so I removed it. Now let's see if it gets better?
