Abstürze am laufenden Band
Hallo Admin, Krieg mit der Aktuellen Verionen 12.1.3 defekt. Ich habe sehr heufig Abstürze. Ich habe die Fehler schon mehrfach versendet. Heute konnte ich keine Senden. Komplettabsturz nach Klick auf "Senden". Es wird schwerlich mit Essential PIM zu arbeiten. PS: gerade eben wieder. Konnte Senden. What's the build number? When does the error usually occur, and after which actions? Are you able to reproduce it or is it random?

Hallo Admin,
es geschieht zufällig. Das Programm wartet im Hintergrund weil ich in einem anderen Programm im Vordergrund aktiv arbeite. Dann wechsle ich zu EPIM um einen Termineintrag zu machen oder eine E-Mail zu schreiben. Meist passiert es aber beim bearbeiten von Mails.

Were the same issues present in the previous version of EPIM? If so, could you please mention what version number that was?

Ok, thanks. To help us investigate further, we'd like you to check if the same problem occurs in the Free version of EssentialPIM. Here's how you can do that:
1. Go to your EssentialPIM installation folder.
2. Temporarily rename the EssentialPIM.exe file to something like EssentialPIM.bak.
3. Run the EssentialPIM_Free.exe file.
4. If the issue is still present in the Free version, please forward the complete log file to us.
This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your paid version or a more general problem. Thank you for your assistance!

We've been working on improving stability and we'd appreciate it if you could try out the latest build (1032) by downloading and installing it from https://www.essentialpim.com/download/t ... ull121.exe. Let us know if it's more stable for you. Thanks!
