Sync problem here too. When I try to connect from Android, a window 'Synchronization Status' shows up in Win10 saying: "Connection interrupted. Check connection and try again."
This actually shows that the device was recognized by ePim. Most probably it is also safe to say that this is cannot be a firewall problem.
I already deleted and reentered Firewall settings, disabled Firewall, restarted computers and updated versions anyway.
So what else can I try?

Check the port on the PC and Android sync.
I measure a good day by how little I fell behind.
