Application error

It is not possible to use the programs because various application errors keep coming, as in the attached file, up which then cannot be turned off, but programs are only terminated with the task manager.

The program is unusable, at least for me.

I create a new database and start over but it doesn't help until the program error comes up again?

Have reinstalled it several times, created new database and nothing helps.

When I bought the programs, I was given a username and password.
I would like to exchange them.

There is a license key for EssentialPIM but there is no username or password associated with it, unless you are referring to the EPIM Cloud service. If it is so, please provide your username or email address associated with the account.

It says license name and license code.
As soon as I start the programs, a dialog box appears with program errors and it cannot be used anymore.

Maybe it got hacked or something.
Reinstalling it doesn't help; I've tried that several times without success.

To rearrange your accounts in the Mail module, click Tools -> Manage Accounts. Then move your desired accounts up or down in the list and click Ok.

According to the attached file, there is a new bug in the program: If you work with the local database, it is not possible to activate off mode, the answer is that you work with the database in Dropbox even if it is about the local database.

This has been by design so far. However, we will explore the opportunity to make offline mode available even for database files located in Dropbox.
