Configurazione PEC aruba

Buongiorno

ho configurato un indirizzo di posta elettronica di Aruba (@pec.it) ma dopo aver scaricato in automatico le mail non mi compare il testo della mail, a volte è totalmente bianco e a volte totalmente nero.

Che cosa ho sbagliato?

Yes, thank you. Could you please switch the synchronization type to "Full Messages"? Will this adjustment make a difference?

- Does the issue occur with all emails, or only with certain messages? If it only affects specific messages, please save a couple of them as EML files and forward them to us.
- Does the issue happen in the message list, the separate preview window (after double-clicking) or both?

sempre in merito all'argomento PEC Aruba

Ho una licenza per 3 utenze, è possibile configurare un account di posta elettronica su una utenza che sia visibile anche sulle altre due?

E' possibile apportare una correzione sostituendo la voce "Articoli inviati" con Posta Inviata e "Articoli eliminati" con Posta Eliminata

We recommend adding the same email account as an IMAP account into EPIM for each user. This way, emails from that account will be synchronized across all devices.

Regarding your second question, I don’t believe it’s possible to rename system folders, as their names are pulled directly from the mail server. Thanks.
