Please try again. Downloading large files should now be working as expected. Thanks!

Re: What experiences with EPIMcloud sync???
Now it worked!!!!! For the very first time!
Thank you!
But now the next problem: EPIM tells me: Backup not possible: .....1,2GB free space remaining..... So what? My db at the moment 646 Mb!!!???
Backup is 560Mb, .restored is 619, and original db is 646
EPIM cloud is the native cloud of EPIM and you get money for this. So, in my opinion, EPIM CLOUD should be the first and important backup (and synchronization) solution for EPIM!
I would like (only regarding backups now) to have IN EPIM:
1) Have an clear indicator how much space there is in Cloud
2) At least 1GB for backup (in addition to space for synchronization data) - possibillity to buy extra space
3) An indicator how long backup will last approximate, the possibillity to pause and resume (many synchronization/backup programs have this
4) A controll if backup copy is not corrupted (comparison of local and online checksum)
5) At least the same points in file menue as Dropbox or a seperate icon > save to EPIM Cloud!
6) It perhaps would be sensible to add the possibility in the option settings to set different backup data - for exampe: local folder: every 2 days- online (EPIM Cloud): every 3 days
Thank you!
Thank you!

Re: What experiences with EPIMcloud sync???
What are your backup settings? If the number of copies to keep is set to 3, there may not be enough free space left in your account to accommodate all three backups, which could explain the message you received.
Regarding your suggestions:
1. Noted, we will work on that.
2. The total available space is 5 GB. You can order additional space if needed.
3. We will take this suggestion into account.
4. If there is an issue with the backup, you will see an error message.
5, 6. Noted, thank you.

Re: What experiences with EPIMcloud sync???
No, I set ist to from 3 to 1, exactly because of that. Nevertheless this message.... And this is just one case for 6) - I had 3 backup copies for local backup, and I still want to. Online backup is forcing me setting number of copies to 1!!!What are your backup settings? If the number of copies to keep is set to 3, there may not be enough free space left in your account to accommodate all three backups, which could explain the message you received.
So this is not the reason.

In this case, there is less free space remaining in your account. What does the message say? It should indicate the amount of space available.

Please post a screenshot of the message, along with the backup options fully visible in the background, so that we can gain a better understanding about the situation. Thanks.

Re: What experiences with EPIMcloud sync???
By the way: I would directly contact you as suggested, but, EPIM is portable and it recognizes itself not as emailprogram..... This is a negative point for EPIM portable- it is not self sufficient, depends to much on Windows settings.

Re: What experiences with EPIMcloud sync???
Understood, thanks. Let’s say there’s already one backup stored in the cloud. To ensure data integrity, EPIM needs to first upload the new backup before removing the existing one. If there's insufficient space for both, you'll receive that message.
