Tenho a versão 12.0.6 pro e clicando com o botão direito do rato em 'Esvaziar Spam' aparece a caixa de diálogo com os botões 'Sim e 'Não'.

também tenho a versão mais recente com actualizações vitalícias. Isto parece ser um problema para programadores. Vou passar a inglês, para que os moderadores percebam o que está em causa.

I assume your operative system is running in Portuguese. Mine is in English, which leads me to believe the button's text is fetched from the OS. In my opinion, this is not correct, a translated software should not use system resources, it will potentially lead to this situation. I'll run this through support.
