Problem with EPIM PRO 12.0.5 on Windows 10

A couple of days ago I started getting a message that there is no internet connection when I try to send an email. Email downloads fine but I cannot send. My web browsers work fine. I have spent several hours with tech support at Network Solutions, my email provider, with no change in operation. ALL other internet stuff works fine. I have a 78ms ping time to essentialpim.com, ping networksolutions.com is also 78ms.
Where do I go from here?

I decided to try my laptop but Windows required me to do updates which took over 3 hours. Then I get the same message.

Windows required me to do updates which took over 3 hours. I was finally able to log into my ISP and change my email password but I still get a message that there is no internet connection when I try to send an email. ALL other Internet programs work fine. This is driving me crazy!

Could you please send us the complete log file?
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

The only other log file that I can find is the install.log.

I called Network Solutions again this morning and got to talk to a support guy that was able to get downloads working but I am still getting message that there is no network connection when I try to send an email.

Eoin, I'm guessing the Complete Log they want is in the Logs Folder that for MY Win 10 is via -- C:\Users\My Admin\AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro.
Find YOUR Win Ver equivalent Path .....
They never say WHICH LOG but I'd SEND latest dated .... Backup and Mail - unless they clarify first.
IF you UN-Zip them they'll show - .log - . Send as either extension.

The only problem is that there is no C:\Users\My Admin\AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro directory. There is a C:\Users\ directory. Its subdirectories are: Admnistrator, Michael and Public.

Open EPIM app ...You should find it by Clking File / Database Management and at the Top of the screen you'll see a box - File Location -
THAT path is where I believe your - Logs - Folder (& database file) will be .... as it IS for Mine.

C:\Users\?????\AppData\............

????? = Individual, this is the User YOU use. So if you log on Windows with "Michael", then search here. If you use EPIM with "Administrator", then go on here.

I have it fixed. NOT a EPIM problem. My email provider sent me new connection info and there was a spelling error in part of it so it did not work and gave no indication as to why. Email is functioning properly.
