Display of mails in 12.0.3

Problems donot seem to have vanished.
On my side I experience THIS:
After start of program and going to mail module + opening any mail, there is preview of content of mail I looked into in last session OR blank preview. If earlier preview is displayed it seems to be in very small font size.
EPIM restart so far solved the problem every time.
Was not able to get to know a way how to repro this ... it sometimes just is there.
Will report any further findings.

EDIT:
Next try showed THIS, some time later:
Start of program
Click on mail module
Subject line of first mail in central inbox (possibly last mail I had a look into) is grayed; click on subject line makes line active; priview is shown, but in very small font size
Click on any other mail in any folder shows same preview
Restart of programm shows blanc preview first; after say 20 seconds preview in real size comes up; program then works as usual.

Another try showed THIS:
Acting as before, Click on subject line made mail active but preview stayed blanc
Click on any other mail, shortly made preview of first mail visible, until preview of second mail came up
