Tasks - user-defined fields

I like to use the option of user-defined fields. My problem is that I have a text field in which I sometimes write an abbreviation in upper case and sometimes in lower case.

Now the filter shows me both variants.

Hence the idea of forcing additional formatting. For example, everything is automatically capitalised or lowercased, only alphabet allowed, only numbers allowed, etc.
