Editing future recurring appointments

Post by DanFelix »

Sometimes a client will change the time for all future recurring appointments. I then need to edit the time for that appointment and all future appointments. The pop-up window only asks if I want to “Open the appointment,” or “Open the series.”

It would be helpful to have a third option, “Open this and future appointments,” to prevent having to individually change all future appointments. It would be complete if the 3rd option also appeared in the AEPIM app.

Thank you.

Guys, that's what is missing on the market in that regard:

imagine a recurring apptms, a series:

Mon at 9 am,
Wed at 11.30 am,
Fri at 2 pm.

For six months.

No way to set it like the above when creating a series.
Neither in Outlook, nor in EPIM, nor in anything I know.
So there could be the option for weekly recurring:
mark "same time",
or
along with each marked day a separate time setting.

You're welcome.

I also second the above: "this and all future appointments".

I also agree with Dan. If you only knew how many times at work we have a recurring meeting that someone must always shift the meeting time almost every week due to "other priorities".

Note, I have not yet been on the list of priorities myself.
