Stops Responding When Forwarding an Email

Good Morning,

This issue does not happen all the time. However, I will say once or twice per day. When I attempt to forward an email the compose window will launch the cursor will blink in the "To" field and then EPIM will lock up and become not responsive. Has anyone else seen this issue?

As far as we know, this is the first report of its kind. Could it be specific to particular emails, or does it occur randomly?

It seems like it is emails with alot of images. But I have not confirmed that yet.

We would appreciate it if you could export one of these emails into an EML file and then forward it to us. We will investigate to determine the possible cause of the issue then. Thank you!
