Try clearing the sync data under File -> Database Management and syncing again. If it doesn’t help, then please send us the last sync log. You can find the logs here: Tools -> Options -> Logs Folder.

UPDATE: According to the log, there are 8 Postcode fields in the contacts groups in Windows EPIM. Please remove the unnecessary ones, and the synchronization will start working normally again. Thank you.
