EPIM synchronisiert nicht mehr

Hallo,
pc- und Android version aktuell und beide geräte neu gestartet.
Trotzdem wird die Sychronisation nicht mehr abgeschlossen.
Anzeige:
App: Synchronisation läuft - Synchronisiere Kalender.
PC: Status. speichere Kalender - Balken ist voll Blau.

Kann ich zb. Androidversion löschen und neu installieren, ohne dass Daten verloren gehen?

was kann ich tun?

Please forward the sync log file to us. You can find it by going to Tools->Options, selecting "Logs Folder", and looking for the file that begins with "AndroidSync". Thank you!

Thank you. If you have identical data in AEPIM and WinEPIM, you may try purging data on Android and then syncing WinEPIM data back into Android. Will this work?

Die Daten sind ja nicht identisch, da die Synchronisation nicht abgeschlossen wird.
Oder ich habe Ihre Anweisung nicht verstanden.

If you have the latest set of data in WinEPIM, you can proceed with the process outlined above.

Also übertrage ich die fehlenden Daten manuell von Android auf PC?
Aber auf welche weise soll ich die Daten dann auf Android löschen?
Die APP deinstallieren?

Please create a backup of your data in Android EPIM (this option is available in the app settings). You will also find the Purge option there. Run it after creating the backup. Thank you.
