[Sync] Dialog hidden behind main window

Hello,

It's an old bug: When syncing, the dialog that pops up (even when there was no actual conflict…) is hidden behind the main window.

No big deal when you're aware of that bug, but otherwise, it can take a while to figure out why syncing doesn't complete.

Sorry, I didn't get back later to check for a reply.

It now seems gone after I upgraded from Win7 to Win10.
